We offer special field trip / group rates to established child-service organizations with a minimum of ten children attending.

• Field trips / group visits are two hours in length.
• Cost for a field trip / group visit is $3.50 per child.
• A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required and will be deducted from your final payment.
• CMEC requires that there be one adult for every five children. These adults are admitted at no cost. Extra adults are welcome and can be covered at the group rate of $3.50 each.
• Field trips / group visits can be scheduled Tuesday through Friday (Mondays only by special permission) and can begin as early as 9 am for qualified groups.
• The museum opens to the public at 10 am, so there will be others in the museum when your group is here.
• Field trips / group visits must be scheduled at least one week in advance with a CMEC staff member to receive the group rate.
• CMEC memberships cannot be used for field trip / group rate admission.
• Special programming / pricing available for Girl Scouts / Cub Scouts.
